It's that time again.  The holiday season is actually upon us and we want to give you all the information possible, to make your Sproutpeople gifts and purchases an easy part of your holiday shopping reality.

THIS WEEK
We're adding 5% to every Gift Certificate purchased. Though we rely on technology we're still old-fashioned, and since it isn't possible for our system to discount Gift Certificates when you buy one - we will go in and manually add 5% more value to every one that is created this week (11/26-12/2). We will make the additions on December 3.  There is no shipping cost for Gift Certificates as they are emailed and there's no tax. If you want to give a Gift Certificate to someone on Christmas or Hanukkah or the Solstice or their birthday (mine is the day after Christmas) or whatever - fill in our form with everything you want your recipient to see (who it's from, their name and a gift message), but email it to yourself. You can forward it whenever the time is right. Though, it will be worth more than it cost you, so edit the amount first (multiply by 1.05 @:-)

NEXT WEEK
We will be offering a Special Christmas Bundle and a Limited Edition Kit that includes a very special new mix. These special offers will be available for 2 weeks - from December 3rd though the 16th (or while supplies last). We will tell you all about them in next weeks newsletter, so you will be the very first to know.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
All orders received by December 15 will ship in time to arrive at their (US) destination by Christmas. The Solstice is on the 21st and Hanukkah begins on the 22nd this year, so adjust accordingly. If you end up in a pinch let us know and we'll try to accommodate you. We truly love to help kind people.

Though we do get busier starting on Black Friday, we are never overwhelmed by orders anymore. We've told you how Sproutpeople has been shrinking since 2012 (after having grown since 1993), that we can no longer afford (more than our one part-time) employees, and that we may not survive if things don't improve. But, being so small does have real benefits - -  we Know Exactly what's going on here at all times, we ship super fast (often the same day), and when you email us you are getting a thorough response from a person who has almost 30 years of experience. Basically, you get all the attention any patron anywhere could hope for from any retailer. Maybe all businesses should be so small. So, don't worry about us - your holiday shopping is completely manageable to us and we'll give every attention to your orders and questions. We will not add to your  holiday stress - we will attempt to lessen it so you can enjoy the essence of the season.
