I will always have time for reading what you send out. Btw, as a parrot owner for 25 years, parrots can be very suspicious of a new food. I often have to demonstrate to mine that a food is edible and good by eating it in front of them. In the same way, once one of them tries something, the others seem to think it’s okay to try. It might be the location that they are wary of if they feel it’s too exposed. Who knows, parrots are intelligent and cautious 😊

Because of you (after a few years off while I traveled) I am back to eating a ton of sprouts.
Since covid, the state of produce has been abysmal. No matter where I go their keeping quality stinks! Tired of it all I finally gave up and now eat all (most) of my veggies in sprout form.

As a retired commercial sprout farmer, I completely and totally understand your frustration with the gimmicks online. Even the videos claiming to be the best systems for growing. UGH! Sprouting needs zero special equipment. Seeds entire existence is to germinate.
We actually partnered (at zero financial gain, what weirdos we were) with Johns Hopkins when they were trying to isolate sulforaphane, they had high hopes for radish sprouts but alas the testing did not bring the desired results.

I am very excited to upgrade my subscription to paid. You are a very interesting company with lots of instructions and I look forward to purchasing my first seeds, etc. from you. We are looking at the last of 37 inches of heavy wet snow on top of 10 inches of "light" snow earlier with the basically City shut down since they don't have anywhere to put it and have newbie young snow plow drivers.
