The tap water where I live is pretty toxic, so I use reverse osmosis filtered water for all of my cooking. The down side of that is that the reverse osmosis filtering also removes most of the minerals that are naturally found in regular water. I have some (a bit expensive) trace mineral drops that I add to the water that I use for making coffee and teas. I'm wondering whether the seeds would sprout better and/or be more nutritious if I remineralize the water I use for sprouting. If so, would there be any problem with saving and reusing the same water for all of the rinses?

Howdy! I’m unable to store seeds in my small freezer so I’ve been storing them in the vegetable section of the fridge, for a long time 😬

I grow grass for my cats and the seeds/grass seems fine. Should I not use these seeds?
